COVID-19 NOTICES AND COURT POLICIES

At this time Chancery Court is open as usual, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. until further notice

We are encouraging the public to utilize our website to lookup delinquent taxes and make delinquent tax payments online or over the phone.  We are also encouraging litigants to file their pleadings by email or fax rather than in person.

We are attempting to limit, as much as possible, contact that the staff has with the public in an effort to protect the employees and the residents of Sullivan County.

If at a later date it becomes necessary to make any adjustments or changes to our operating hours I will post all information related to changes in our policy on this site.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Katherine Priester, Sullivan County Clerk and Master
